The payment is going to be for everybody or for the people whose Tower is elevated per payment plan?
was anyone able to go to the site recently? I haven't...

Visited today.
Construction reached to Ground floor....once the slab is put, we have will get notice for next installment.
Would send pics to Vik.
all the pics are posted ...i'm gonna be visiting the site next week or so and will try to get more updates.
Also spoke with Manish - work on tower H and I has also started, i don't know to what extent but will keep you guys updated.

hey Samir, sorry i havent been able to update the blog been caught up with FY'10 planning and stuff.
Yeah I saw the advert and it is enouraging. also there was a GPL Advert in the national TOI edition and they are promoting 2BHKs for 27Lacs (as mint towers)..good for the advert but not sure if they have scaled down the prices to make 2bhks more affordable..will check with folks and update
Towers H and I, looks like the stuff from the ground is emptied and dig work has started - this is an update from folks on the site, i havent seen it my self - promise to go there soon and update the real stuff along with pics

As per there website, they are selling it @2550 Rs/sqft, for which i think most of the old customers would not be comfortable (including me) who booked the flats in Eden heights @2700Rs./sqft and that is also 1.5 years back.

It seems things have moved in GPL.
I see mint tower as mixed developement.
Where are these towers coming up? On the space originally planned for Villas or are they planning to use existing towers (not in construction yet) Tower B, H and I.
Also if Eden Height is Ultra modern slice of slice, what is mint tower just modern slice.
Original plan never had 1000 sq ft apartments, this may impact the rates for the units near these towers.
I felt disappointed with rates below our original rates 21 months back but GPL sales prople need to inform about mint tower or provide some upgrades for existing customers.
Loyalty needs to be rewarded.
They asked for installment when Tower B has never started and reverted back when verified on ground.
I have no issue with the project or Gupta's but they needsto make sure Sales and service people provide correct updates and better communication that is certainly lacking-

I went to the site today but unfortunately my camera battery ran out. In the next couple of days I am trying to meet/talk to Sandeep about the mint towers and a couple of other things will keep this group posted.

I have booked 2BHK @ tower E, currently they have given me 105 but I have requested for higher floor on same building.
Anyways I just joined the team, made inital payment on 5th Aug 2009.
About myself - I'm Puneet Sachar, working as Oracle Apps DBA in Tricore Solutions in CP Delhi.

Met with Senior Gupta Ji. He was kind to spare time.
Few points :
Using premix for construction, Each lot is tested and then used. Similarly the rods used in structure are also tested. Design is made in such a way that not a small portion is wasted. Once can even open doors of balconies and use for small get together.
Project sees it completion by end 2011 but it will depend on the cash flow which is a key responsibility of buyers to pay installments in time. Though they have taken a loan but the major portion to be funded by users like us.
I think, it’s a sort of self finance system. If we have more defaulters we will this project delayed……so we all have a responsibility to an extent !!!
I been to project also. Its shaping up pretty well. Tower D and E is on 1st floor. Tower F & G is on 2nd floor. Tower H & I are starting. Have clicked few pics, will send to Vik for posting it on blog.
Sale is ‘warm’ soon be ‘hot’ as we see more upward movement of project.
Has any one from Tower D received the demand letter for the 5th payment ?
