Friends I apologize for no update in a while...i have been out a lot and tehrefore not getting a chance to vist the site nor the builder. So i am hearing a few things
a. Aggressive payment plans -- what the builder is doing is sending letters based on per tower completion of work per tower and if you visit the site you'll notice that some towers are moving very aggressively compared to others
2. Delay - I visited the site about a month back..work is going well but i am concerned about the delay in possession. Technically the possession should be oct 2010 (given that they launched the project in oct 2007)..but I am not sure we should expect it before oct 2011. i.e i am still not sure what will come up where the current show-house is...earlier it was the villas and now..??
3. Those interested in buying flats ..i know of a couple of folks who may be seling...(i am not sure yet but I may also consider too as I am looking at buying another which is ready to move in near my kids school) -- pls let me know via email if someone is interested...vix_bh@yahoo.com
4. good news is that the southern periphery road work is soon begining which will finally connect golf course extn to haldirams

I am a new joinee in this blog , as I have just purchased a 3 bhk in GPL. The sample flat looked and the best part is the workis in good progress. I have booked in tower I. Right now they are saying it will surely be ready by nov 2011.. Hopefully it does..
is ther anybody aware that, why GPLs website is not working???? im trying from last two days, But getting message "page not found"

Yes site is back now, i thought, kahin 70% payment lekar bhaag to nahi gaye.....
As per the site, they also started brick work of some towers.
Gud pace, atleast as compared to many of the other projects of gurgaon.

I went at the site today. The work is going on fine. But one thing I am not clear, in few of the towers even the brick work has started. But in few other like H and I, its only 7 floors built. Why is there such a huge difference in the development??

They used to keep all the raw material and iron rods, where tower I is, hence the delay in tower I and H. I got this answer, when I'd asked similar question.

I see that the mint tower they booked has not been even approved from authorities yet... (In terms of their floor plan etc..). Does anyone know what's the delay like and whether they can make it?

I also heard that their Mint plans are not approved yet, I believe they want to complete existing towers first.

But GPL people say they will give possession of whole project including mint towers together. Hope they dont delay ours bcoz of Mint.. Also, when is the possession expected?

That's the point. They can't deliever by Nov 2011 in case the pocession is including the Mint. Its June and there is no sign for paper work being completed. Someone I heard saying they might scrap the plan of Mint altogether.There is hell lot of confusion right now!!

Recently i had booked 2BHK in D Block. I would like to share some of my concern with you all.
1. Even if we get the possession in Nov Dec 2011,can we really able to move in. As other nearby projects has just started and will be completed in next 3 years.
2. Infrastructural issues like Sewerage Line, Electrical Line etc..weather HUDA will provide these facility till Nov 2011?
3. Approach Road is still from Vllage. The new proposed approach road will be ready by when?
However , the quality and speed of construction is very good.Lets hope to become the neighbours very soon.

Nice to see a active forum for Eden heights.
Last week i booked 3 BHK (2150 aq ft) in tower H. The design of the flat is really nice and that is what pulled me into this. The work seems to be in good progress and possesion as commited to you all by the builder is Dec-2011. They are saying a RO unit and a Security system will also be installed inside the flat. Is that the deal with other's as well ??

The latest info I have is :
1) Project is still not approved for the plans
2) The builder does not look confident in getting this through.
3) People have started taking there money back with some interest.
would look for any other comments for other buyers of this property.
