My apologies for being away all this while - was caught up with FY 09 planning and did I tell you that I am expecting my 2nd baby in the next couple of weeks...I am nervous and happy and needless to say there is a lot going on. So welcome to the month of October and enjoy "oktoberfest" with gallons of beer :)...CHEERS!!!.
The good news is that EDEN HEIGHTS sample flat is almost ready, interior work almost done and horticulture work too completed. I haven't been to the site off late but kept in touch with the prgress with my "very reliable" sources. I will probably go to the site tomorrow and get some pre-inaugral pictures ..just for all of us. Also if you saw the Time Property today - you will notice GPL broker strip adverts... the big advert is also coming in a week or two..
Shailendar, Manish, Amitabh thanks for the interest in meeting up...but I was a little disappointed with the response to get together but I also understand that quite a few of us are not in ggn but I still think it'll be great for us to catch up during "oktoberfest"... so other those who are interested to meet feel free to write into thiis blog..

Things have changed on ground since I visited the site on July 05th...Some more project is coming around Sector 70...I believe in couple of years from now this place will have good value on GGN map.
you bet, things have changed..that sector and neighboring sectors are high on activity and some very big commercial projects are already on - like DLF, Unitec...so I think eventually that place will be good (people are already calling those sectors "new gurgaon")..
I quite liked the pics amitabh has posted..the quality of sample flat looks nice in the pics..however, i didn't like the green and beige tiles too much..

I haven't been able to go to the site yet. But i do know when the 4th payment is due...it's sometime in Feb/march 09. ( thats what I heard)..

I have spoken to some body in GPL (forgot his name, he was from accounts)regarding my Builder Buyer agreement, at the same time i also asked about the expected date of giving the possession, and i surprised by hearing that he was still quite confident in giving the possession by Dec-2010 (Pl comment) .....and also said that the construction is going on with full swing, Sample Flat they are going to open by 5th (as we already aware) and they are also going to organize a function on 12th of this month in which they are calling all of their customers, for which invitations are already going on.
Regarding 4th installment he said that it will be in January-09, But i think as Vik said it will go to Feb/Mar-2009.
